Jira License Question

Hello, 

I would like to use Insight for IT asset management.   My company use 'standard' licenses only, and we use Jira Cloud.  I understand Insight is only available for Premium licenses.   My IT team who want to use Insight is a team of three (inc me).   Are we able to have x3 premium and the other x94 people who use Jira have a standard license?
