Hi - I am new to Jira and trying to set up a project. I'm fumbling along and would like to see if there is someone I can talk to in order to assist me. I have a free trial now but I am sure we will be subscribing after the trial runs out.

The reality, I am afraid, is that you are not going to be able to talk directly with anyone. You can do some training as @Liam Green suggests, and/or continue to post questions here in the community to help you along.

It would be helpful if you mention what difficulties you are facing and what type of help you need.

I'd suggest the first thing you should do is try the Atlassian free training:

There are a few that might be helpful there, in particular the Jira Basics section.
