Jira integration with VDI

Is it possible to use Jira workflow trigger functionality to create VDI desktop using the VDI provisioning.

Are there any functionality available to integrate the Jira with VDI tool to create VDI desktops using the Jira.

Interesting use case. I don't think there is any out of the box automation. May be there is a app that can do this.

Do you know if a VDI can be created using REST API? If yes then you can use automation to make a REST call.
