I had several years ago an account with Jira and Confluence, etc. Now I was invited to join other project. I can see confluence. But as soon as I go in Jira I just see loading symbol. Nothing else happens. I put myself in jira-admin group. Nothing helps. As soon as I select the project in Jira, then I see loading.

Thanks for the screenshot @dzcs . Your "DZ" avatar icon at the bottom left is showing, so I can see that you are at least logged in. I wonder what page it's trying to serve you? Are there any clues in the URL?
Regardless of the cause, it's probably something Atlassian would want to know about. I'd suggest reporting this to them as a bug via: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
