×Hi,
I have created a company-managed software project with a scrum board for the active sprints and a separate kanban board for the qa assignements and daily calls both for issues in relation with the active sprint and for qa assignments unrelated with the active sprint (qa tasks, pieces of training, etc.)
1. Do you believe the choice of a kanban board for the qa issues daily tracking is better than a scrum?
2. When I click on Backlog in the qa kanban board I can only see stories (even though I have created more issue types and they are displayed in the qa kanban board) and only To Do category (even though I have more statuses than this existing in the issues). Why is that? Can you help me?
3. After the completion of the active sprint, where all of the issues which will be Closed will be found and displayed?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi Zacharoula,
Here are my answers:
1. Yes
2. Can you share a screenshot of your backlog Kanban board? Be sure to show the whole screen.
3. You can access the Closed issue us the Search box function.
