Kanban Board Column Cards view too small in Company Managed Project

So I shifted my Project from the Team Managed to the Company Managed and although the integrations and sharing have been much better I have this huge issue with the Kanban Board's design that makes the cards too small.

The Cards is in the Team Managed projects can be scrolled to the right and left and have a decent responsive view that is comfortable to read and access.

But in the Company Managed projects as I add more columns to the Board the sizes of the columns keep getting smaller and smaller until I can't even read what is written in them

Is there any fix to this problem? I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this. Thankyou!

I don't think there is a way to do this, but I believe this is the change request in Atlassian's backlog for it.
