Hi, I am planning to take up the "managing Jira Projects" certification course. Can I know the difficulty level and the passing percentage for the same.
Welcome to the Community!
Difficulty is a relative thing.
For an expert Jira admin, actively looking after a Jira as part of their day-to-day job, it's going to be a doddle.
For someone who has never used Jira before, just read the coursework and not actually tried to admin an active Jira with real users, it's going to be very very hard.
For me, with well over a decade of admin experience, but not really doing it day-to-day, it's going to be easy if I do a bit of revision. If I didn't revise, it'll be moderate, because I'll be relying on experience that might be out of date.
Or, are you thinking of comparing it with other certifications?
For details on the passing percentage (63% in Dec 2021), topics and sample questions you can check here as well:
As Nick said, the level of difficulty is relative and depends on the experience with Jira and the preparation (learning, taking a training, doing sample questions, asking in the Community ;-) ) On my own experience, 'managing Jira Projects' was easier than 'Jira Administration' or 'Confluence Administration'.
Good luck!
