License error jira

Hi,

I find this error when installing Jira. I installed it a month ago, and the license expired. Until then everything is correct.

He tells me to renew the license, and I go to the tab to renew it. But will not let me...

I tried on the other hand, to create another user for instead of renewing a license, doing a clean installation ... but it keeps telling me that it is expired.

How is it possible?

Try extending your license, as described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/purchasing/how-can-i-extend-my-evaluation-321257637.html, and then apply the new license in your JIRA license page before attempting the upgrade.

What does your my.atlassian.com portal display about your license? You'll have to have a valid license to be able to update to the newest version of JIRA.

To be able to install your JIRA Instance you could also use an evaluation license for first and buy your JIRA license later.
