Limit for creating issues

Hello, is it possible to limit the user to create certain issue-types?
For example, it cannot create an epic, but it can create task and subtask issues.

Jira Cloud does not have a built-in feature to restrict users from creating specific issue types. However, if you have Script Runner or JMWE on your instance, you can do this by building your own validator.

By default there is one permission scheme to define whom we can provide access to create/edit/delete issues and other jira properties.
