Limited access to issues for product owners

Hi, 

Is it possible to restrict access for a user in JIRA only to the tasks that this user has created or where she/he is set as "Reporter"?

The thing is: My team is working in scrum and I want to add product owners to JIRA so they can create task themselves, but I don't want them to see tasks created by other product owners.

Yes, you can accomplish that by using Issue Level Security. You can learn more about that here:

Yes . you can achieve this using issue security. 

Create a new issue security schema for your project and security level and include only reporter to the list.
