Links to other cards now show 'Can't find link'

Recently (the last couple of weeks?), every time we create a link to another card, the link gives the URL of the card and states 'Can't find link' instead of the title of the linked card. The links themselves do work.

There are comments in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/When-adding-a-link-to-Jira-it-says-quot-Can-t-find-link-quot/qaq-p/2214520 that indicate that other users are having this problem too.

Have you had any updates from Confluence. This suddenly happened to two organizations I'm part of.
