Manage Workflows option in Board (next-gen) is missing

Manage Workflows option in Board is now e leading to Issue Types and we have no access to already defined rules and can' t disable them. Is there a way to do so?

This was reported just yesterday in another thread - Not-seeing-Manage-Rules-for-a-Scrum-Board-in-Next-Gen
