Hi! Suddenly Jira mentions stopped working for some users. We checked the permissions and they look identical for the users who still can use mentions and for those who can't. As the user types @somename no one is found. Jira offers to add teammate instead. Even though this person already exists in Jira.

Have you explicitly checked that the users having the problem have the Browse Users global permission?
