Good day everyone
we have an external team and it is she who uses redmine, we are more comfortable with all this in Jira
We want them not to duplicate the unsubscribed hours, so that they give us an upload and we can integrate it into Jira

Previously, this could be done through the Redmine Importer + Jira Importer plugin. The plugin is no longer supported in v8.12.2.
How can data exchange between these systems be organized now?

Hi,

I see that you are looking to import some data from Redmine into Jira, but are unable to find the Redmine importer in Jira server 8.12.2.  The reason for this is that Atlassian deprecated the importers plugin a few months ago.

You can read the announcement about it over in Jira Server 8.3 End of support announcements.  Basically, all versions starting with 8.4 and higher no longer have this importer.

In the current versions of Jira Server/Data Center, as well as the Jira Cloud platform, the only means to import such data is to use either the CSV Importer or JSON importer.  I am not familiar with redmine enough to understand if this 'unsubscribed hours' information is something that can be exported into either a json or csv format that Jira can then process.  However that is the method I would want to investigate further here to try to find a means to get that data into Jira since this is the only means to import issue data into Jira now.

Let me know if this helps.

Andy
