More Formatting Options

When creating an issue you see the "More Formatting" options in the Description field. However, when you click on this you do not see "Code".

After you have created the ticket and then edit it/add a comment when you click on "More Formatting" you see "Code".

Is there anyway to see the "Code" option and perhaps all of the additional options available when you create the ticket?

edit:  I see what you're saying, In the create dialog code is hidden:

I don't know of any way to change that. Perhaps someone else does though.

Code is the little < > box to the right of where you're looking:

This code option is not the same. This is a code snippet with actual programmable code in there. I want the other option which has incline code shaded. They are not the same :).
