Multiple Text Field (multi-line) field missing edit text bar

Hi, 

I added multiple Text Field (multi-line) costume fields and they are linked to the same screen. 

For some reason - only one of them is presented with the bar on top which enables editing the text. 

All fields are the same costume field type multiple Text Field (multi-line). 

Would love for some help to figure out why - thanks!

Your resolution field is set to use a plain text tenderer, which has no formatting. You can change that in the field configuration in the project settings.

Be careful though, this may affect other projects.

Also, I very strongly recommend that you rename the field, to avoid confusion with the Resolution system field

Hi Dana,

Probably what is happening is that your field s configured to use the Wiki Style Renderer. To change it to have the edit bar you need to use the Rich Text Editor.

To perform the update to use the rich text editor please perform the following steps:

1. Now access the project you are using the custom field on.
2. Move to Project settings > Fields
   
3. Click Actions > Edit fields
   
4. Click Renderers option next to the custom field name
   
   
5. Select Wiki Style Renderer and Update
   
   
6. You can see the field is changed to rich text editor

Hi @Dana.Harel  Kindly enable Wiki Style Renderer from Field Configuration. 

Kindly go to project settings >> Fields >> Open Field Configuration >> Search field by Name > Select "Renderers" >> Select "Wiki Style Renderer".
