Hi @Jean-Christophe Chaulieu ,

please check you board settings (in project settings) to see if the statuses of the issues are mapped to the correct columns.

Also check The backlog toggle in "features" (project settings), it might be activated and the issues might be in the backlog instead of the board.

Backlog ist ok, but now 112 Issues in the Backlog. 2 Issues are deleted (RIS-113 and RIS-114) and the Issue RIS-1 doesn't appear. In my Issue list it appears.

I repeat, I must have RIS-1 = A.5.1.1 and RIS-113 = A.18.2.2 and RIS-114 = A.18.2.3 in my Backlog.

I'm desperate.

Thanks for another help.

Hi @Jean-Christophe Chaulieu ,

thanks for accepting the answer.

Is your problem here fixed however?
I might want to add that as community, we do not see your environment or tickets / boards.
We can only help by description, so please provide descriptive information about the problem, as we sadly can do nothing with issue keys.

Hope your problem gets sorted out soon!

There ist an open Issue by Atlassian concerning overwriting issues without incremental numbering.

The answer of Atlassian concerning deleted issues to recover RIS-113 and RIS-114 is: no possibility.

After reorganising my board, I was able to move RIS-1 at the right place.

Thanks

As the first step I would suggest to check the "Columns and statuses" setup first.

You can find more information here.

In short, navigate to Project Settings -> Board -> Columns and statuses, and check that statuses are assigned to columns accordingly.
