Recently I have invited 2 colleague in my team. Unfortunately, one of the email addresses I invited couldn't get anything even in Junk or Spam. Then I've tried to resend invites for several times. I have read similar issues and assume there is block logic for some reason.
Please let me know how to invite newbie.

If not, might be worth contacting Atlassian Support to check the cloud mail side.

No problem. I would recommend to raise a ticket to Atlassian Support to investigate the logs and backend to see there's some issue there.

I have also same problem. I have send invitation several times to my new colleague but none of them received by him.
First delivery was send just before his email activation so he might be blocked by system.
Could you support us?
