Newbie Question - How to add Detail Secition to issue layout (Context and Hide FIelds)

When I go to the issues layout page, I don't see any available fields.  

I have created Field Configurations and Field Configuration scheme, with the fields I am looking for.  

Is there something I need to do to see the new issue view ?

Have you added the fields to the screen(s) used in the project?

Welcome to the community.

Is the project you are working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project? It will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

Field Configurations apply only to Company Managed projects.

Exactly how are you navigating to the "issue layout" page?

Can you provide screen images of what you see?

Trudy,  I was working on a company managed project.   I resolved my issue by going through the manage screen schemes information.
