No verfication email for integration into MS Teams

As post title, I am trying to integrate Jira cloud into a team. I get as far as verifying my email but then nothing arrives in my inbox. i am an admin in the instance and have tried triggering verification several times. Who do I contact?

 

EDIT: so, immediately after posting this I got the code (half an hour after requesting) but when I tried to enter it I just get a plain UNAUTHORZED message. Any ideas?
