Not able to view the project

Hello, I have accepted the Jira invite and able to login. After login, project is not displayed eventhough it has been assigned to me. I am able to select a plan but tasks are not displayed eventhough other members able to see the tasks(epic, story). can someone help me to resolve the issue?.

Hello @THIRUMURUGAN SIVAJI,

There could be a number of reasons why you can't see the content of a project. Together with your local administrator, you should check for the project at hand:

• Have you been assigned a project role? (Project Lead is not a role!)
• Is that role associated with the viewing permission in the permission scheme that is used by the project? 
• Are you included as viewer in the filter share of the board's filter
• Is there an issue security scheme in place on the project that doesn't include your account?

You will need to contact the administrator of the project or the administrator of that Jira system for help.

We are a community of users of our own Jira systems. We don't have access to all systems.

Only the administrators of the system will be able to grant you the permissions you need to access the data.
