We have many users sharing both Jira software and Jira service management.
Every time there is a notification sent out, the jira ticket links either point to portal or to the jira software itself. How can i have these consistent?
I'm unable to find where the HTML for the Jira software notifications are configured. can you help?
The notification schemes is set for these jira software projects but can't find where to change this URL.
If the user is a Customer of a JSM issue then they do not have access to the backend app. They will be directed to the portal. This cannot be changed. Maybe I am misunderstanding your situation though?
Could you explain the problem in detail with examples?
My assumption is that you are facing issue where the users opening those software issue email notifications do not have jira software license and so redirected to portal url.
