Performance JIRA cloud is very bad

Last 2 weeks JIRA cloud performance is very bad.

Beside the performance we cannot make new issues within out virtual disk surrounding. Outside the VD it works but slow.

Are there more users with this problems.

Now it is very difficult to work with JIRA.

Ok, so this sounds like your VM has an unusably slow connection to the internet.  Start by fixing that.

You also say that when you don't use the VM, it works but is slow.  Can you check the latency of your network connections?

The problem is solved, we missed an authentification link (cloudfront.net), after this link was added to IWSVA, the problem was solved.
