Permissions to filters limitation

Hi,

I am a site-admin and have the ability to share my private filter to a group, user, organisation, public or keep private.

Other "space admin" users - therefore owners of projects, cannot share their filters with specific users.

We need a way around this.

Go to Settings (cog icon) > Global Permissions > scroll all the way down, and grant Share dashboards and filters permission to the needed group*. 

*Note that global permission can only be granted to groups and not individuals or roles, make sure to create a group and add relevant users to it.

Thank you, this worked to allow the owner of the filter to grant permission to Groups, organisation, public..but they still cannot assign filter permissions to an individual user. Is this function available?
