Hi All,

I am fairly new to JIRA and Pipelines. I am trying to run a Pipeline extract of the data, but as soon as I download the CSV files and open them, there are only headers in the file and no actual data.

What could be the problem?

I am trying out the pipelines, as I am trying to load data into either Power BI or Tablaue. Connecting through the APIs is just a nightmare because of time out issues, both on the server and cloudfront.

Hi @Jjvanrensburg

Welcome to the Community!

You can also consider using the add-on to pull Jira data to Power BI or Tableau. Here is a comparison on API and add-on: https://www.alphaservesp.com/blog/connect-jira-and-power-bi-desktop-jira-api-vs-add-ons/

If you find this feasible, feel free to use our apps for integration:

Best regards,

Anna
