I have Jira software cloud edition.
Some projects are in the Maintenance Phase. so I want to track those projects through Kanban. But I want to measure performance based on SLA. So how it is possible in cloud edition without using Jira Service Desk?

I did a search on the Marketplace for Jira, Cloud, SLA, and unfortunately didn't see anything either that would meet your requirements for a plug-in. This is really where Jira Service Desk excels.

What kind of SLA performance metrics are you looking for? Maybe someone here can find a nifty way to show those. In Jira there are a lot of nice reports, like Resolution Time Report.

I have already search that and I know all reporting stuff since I am using Atlassian products/plugin last 6 years.
I am looking for a plugin such as a Powerbox SLA, TIme to SLA for cloud edition.
