What postfunction to use to copy fields (assignee and an insight field) from a standard issue type to a child issue type ?

I interesting only in this method ( i don't have scriptrunner)

The built in Post Functions are pretty powerful.  The one you are looking for would be "Copy Value From Other Field". In the next screen you will see the option to choose if the copy should be to a parent or child.  See the attached.

You can also use a tool called Jira Misc. Workflow Extensions, which is available in the atlassian marketplace and makes that list of available post-functions about 3x as big.
