Problem using Jira in Safari 16

I can't use some Jira Cloud functionality in Safari Version 16.2 (18614.3.7.1.5) on MacOS 13.2. For example:

  1. When I try to link an issue, the field appears and then disappears.
  2. The page constantly reloads when I move from issue search results to an issue itself.

  • Cleared all possible website data for atlassian.net
  • Updated MacOS to 13.2.1
  • Tried Safari in incognito mode
  • Everything works as it should in Chrome

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Found the problem. Installed Time in Status plugin and that was the mistake. Deleted it.

Thank you! Had the same issue on my side. Deleting Time in Status helped!

Hi @Nick Grachov @Anton Razodov

As an alternative, I guess you can try Time in Status for Jira (developed by SaaSJet 🇺🇦)
