Hello,
is there a known problem using Google Chrome with Jira?
The reason I'm asking is, I was trying to complete my profile and always got the message "Can't update xxx right now. Please try again later."
xxx can be replaced with whatever piece of information I wanted to update.
I got this message earlier this morning. So I stopped, did something else and tried again this afternoon. Same thing.
I switched to Firefox and could change my profile without any problems.
Any ideas?
Kind regards,
Michael
Have you tried using an incognito Chrome window? Also, are you using any Chrome extensions like ad-blockers?
Hi Mikael,
thanks for your answer. The only Chrome extension I use is for Acrobat. I haven't tried incognito. However, today it is working, I can login.
I will keep that incognito thing in mind should I ever run into this problem again (hopefully not).
For now I think I will file it as an unsolved mystery.
Thanks,
Michael

No Chrome browser is supported by Jira. Can you try to clean Chrome cache?

Thank you Martin. I've cleaned the Chrome cache, closed Chrome and restarted the computer.
As a result, I can't login to jira or the community using Chrome.
I go to the login page and type in my username
Now I hit enter on my keyboard or click on continue and get this
So I'm asked to create a new account. I don't want to do that because I have an account already. If I click on the Log in link, I get back to the 1st screen shot and it starts again. So I'm running in circles here.
With Firefox everything works.
