By default, Jira comes with three project roles: Administrators, Developers, and Users. Can anyone tell me why our Jira system has only Administrators as a role?
When trying to update the permission scheme, we only have the Administrators and atlassian-addons-project-access roles. Developers and Users roles are missing.

Project roles are available at global level in Jira. Jira administrators can view, add, delete project roles from admin section.
Please check how many project roles are available in your Jira system, and please create new one if needed. Here is the details about Jira project roles:
