Query released relaeses across projects with release notes

Hello,

We are using releases across projects as part of a larger program. When we release a service or product from one of the teams, we attach release notes (Confluence Pages).

How do we get a list of all released releases with the 'related work,' i.e., release notes, into a table in Confluence?
