Query to find all linked issues recursively + Query of filter results

Hey, 

currently we are migrating filter queries form server to filter and I am facing few issues.

1. Is there a query replacing linkedIssuesOfRecursive()? Meaning... is there a query, which shows all directly as well as indirectly linked issues? Or do you know about any workaround?

2. Is there a way how can I filter among results of the other filter? e.g. something like... linkedIssues(filter = "")
