I have created 5 filters for 5 components of my kanban board and have added them into quick filters. Now when I select 1 component I can see the result but at the same time when I want to look into 2 or 3 components results at the same time, I can see a blank result.
Hi @Madhuri Kandregula ,
From the issue explanation, it sounds like you have set up the separate filters for all your 5 components.
When you are selecting one component, it will show you the issues tagged to that particular component and when you are selecting another component as well, Jira is trying to show the issues tagged to both components which is not having any result. Hence, it is coming blank.
For the current setup, you need to unselect the first quick filter and then select the another quick filter to look for the issues tagged to another component.
If you want to view the issues tagged to multiple components then either you can update your quick filters or you can set the Swimlanes based on the Queries and apply the component filter in the query. I hope his helps.

Hi @Madhuri Kandregula , my understanding is that selecting more than one quick filter would put an "and" criteria i.e. applying a filter of an Issue = Component 1 and Component 2, which would result in blank as one issue could only have one component. Could you share if this is in Jira Software or Jira Work Management and if it's a company managed project or team managed?
