Advanced Roadmap feature - per user upgrade

Hi -

We would like a few of our project managers to have this Advanced Roadmap feature. 

It is not clear on your site how to upgrade just 4-5 users to this Premium level per your website - Jira Pricing - Monthly and Annual Subscription Cost per User (atlassian.com)

Do I have to upgrade everyone in my company to this Premium level or it can be a combination of both Standard and Premium levels subscription?

Atlassian licenses its items on a per-instance basis. So if you have 100 licenses for Jira (for 100 people using it), and you want something for only 4-5 people, you need to upgrade all 100 people, not just the 4-5. 

Short version = Everyone gets something or nobody gets something.
