Hi team,
Atlassian assist used to be a great solution for Slack / Teams helpdesk, From what I read for official release notes on Atlassian's page, they move Atlassian Assist completely to Jira Service management Cloud as a Chat feature.
We are using Jira Software / Service management Data Center and looking for a similar solution like Atlassian Assist. Can you please suggest if you know of any solutions?
Thank you,
Bhanu
Hi Bhanu, I'd recommend you to check this app tailored for using Jira in Slack (https://actioner.com/app-directory/jira-software-22)
The workflows are customizable you can alter them or add new ones to the app, or even create your own Slack app. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

You could try out Workflow Steps for Jira if you're in Slack. Not totally the same but it'll allow users to create issues from Slack via the legacy workflow builder. Full transparency, the app will be EOL Sept. 12, 2024. Slack closed development on their new workflow builder to external parties and the legacy workflow tab will be turned off. Slack have chosen not to support on-prem instances with their replacement connector steps so there is no migration path.
Some info about the app and compatibility here: https://docs.adaptavist.com/ws4j/latest/workflow-builder-compatibility
