Hi,
I would like to create an automation that triggers an email each time an item from my Jira project, reaches more than 50 Zendesk tickets linked.
We have a field Zendesk count in each item, but I cannot find which trigger to use to set the condition of this field greater than 50.
With this automation, I receive an email each time a Zendesk ticket is added to Jira.
Can you help me on this?

What do you mean" to write the ticket count to the audit log"?
The issue is that the trigger is" Field value change" but I can't choose a specific field of my item, is it possible?

Have you tried to write the ticket count to the audit log (log action) to see the value, as that may uncover what is happening?
Also, would you please post an image of the audit log for your rule from an execution which does not work as you expect?
