Board not accessible after user deactivated

Hi all,

As a site admin, I'm getting "Board not accessible" after the owner of the filter, and possibly the owner of the board as well, was deactivated.

I was able to change the owner of the filter to an active user but the board link still shows "Board not accessible? The filter works on the issue search page.

The board is also not listed on the Board search/list page.

Questions: Is there a way to confirm the board is tied to the deactivated user? Is there a way to change the owner? Lastly, is the best fix just to create a new board?

Depends on how much original board was customized (e.g. heavy queries based filtering, or JQL based swimlanes, etc.) If original board didn't use these feature -- would go with recreating new one (especially since you have the filter available).
