Hi All,
I am using Portfolio for JIRA on cloud and I find it extremely difficult to prioritize tickets/changing ranks by drag and drop one ticket at a time. Just note, my plan has over 400 stories..
Is there an easier and faster way to do this?
Thanks
@MBeri
@tentive is correct that it is available in the new release available now! https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Introducing-Advanced-Roadmaps/ba-p/1378497
You can learn about how it all works here https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/editing-multiple-issues-in-bulk-998651173.html
@MBeri - I am not familiar with a way to perform it in bulk with Portfolio Cloud version.
It is available on Portfolio for Jira Server and a new Portfolio/roadmaps should arrive soon for cloud, it might include bulk ranking.
For now when you want to rank I would suggest you to filter the plan as much as possible: keeping only "To do" issues and removing in progress/done issues. In case you are working with different teams, filter only the team's issues and then rank.

@Elad Ben-Noam There are very limited filters available. and even sorting is not enabled on all fields. Well, how can we get these basic features added to their backlog?

@MBeri , Not so sure what you mean by that.
You have "More" button in the filters row to enable more filtering, see image.
Sorting is another issue, and you are correct it's a bit limited inside the portfolio.
Regarding the backlog, on the board settings that you are using you can add "quick filters" with any filter JQL query you want.
