Can I create a board view that shows Each Developer?

Essentially. I want to see an Active Sprint Board View that is sorted by Developer right now it is sorted by Ticket and its sub-tasks. Is this possible?

hi @Tony Della Ripa ~ for a Company-managed project, you can base your swimlanes on assignee combined with a quick filter for developers in your board config.  For a team-managed project, you would use a custom filter in your board config.  HTH

Hopefully I understand you correctly.

You can set your board's swimlanes to be based on Assignees.

You can create a board and group it by assignee as suggested by @Laurie Sciutti .

This will let your team members show as the headline for swinlanes. In the lanes you'll see all the issues assigned to the team members.

That however only works if there is at least one issue assigned to each team members. If one team member has no assignment then there will not be a swinlanes visible.
