Can jira ticket create gcp resources assigned to the ticket?

I read an article that said jira tickets can create GCP resources while creating a ticket. I can't find any documentation on this but would like to know more.

Hi @Jack Clark with various forms of automation, one can dynamically create many things by calling APIs of remote systems.

During your tickets create transition, you can write code to create GCP or whatever you have access to.

You can use Jira project automation, or better yet, scriptrunner to achieve this.
