Can't enable Deployments in next gen project

I can't find "Deployments" under Project Settings > Features. What to do?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your interest in the Deployments feature. This is a new feature, and right now we only allow it to be enable on projects for which Jira has already received deployment data. There are some instructions on how to do this here and here. Once Jira has received some deployments for the project the Deployments feature should enable automatically (you can always disable it if you don't like it). 

Obviously our documentation needs to be updated to explain this, I'll have this rectified.
