When she was typing a name in the assignee panel during Advanced Issue Search on each symbol, she had an error:
"Confirm the action on ***.atlassian.net
The JIRA server is available but has returned an error message. We are not sure of the outcome of this operation."
She pressed Ok and typed the next letter of the name, and again got the same error.
She got all accesses, no unusual soft. Other browsers - all the same problem.
All statuses seems ok https://status.atlassian.com/
I would contact Atlassian's support directly at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
The problem was in the global permission settings. Totally forgot about it. "Browse users and groups"
