Can you set up a Project Management Board to be Team Managed, not Company Managed?

I just want to ensure all the team can amend rather than assign a board/task master as such - but when I try and set up a template for project management, it defaults to Company-Management.

Can anyone help?

Are you trying to make it so that all your PMs have the ability to move epics, stories, etc. from one column to another?

I had seen that page, but I couldn't see anything about setting it up as a TEAM Managed board.
