I did a migration from a cloud jira instance to another. The filters that were added by default are wrong and I don't know why. So, I need to create new filters. But the problem is it doesn't allow me to choose the viewers of the filter in the filter creation menu. The viewers are set to private and it doesn't allow me to change it as you see in the following photo:
I need to make all the project users as viewers of the filter. What could be the reason of this problem and how to solve it please?
have you tried to click on the dropdown that shows Private next to it and still got no other options?
