Dear all,
We are actually evaluating the JEMH cloud plugin on a free instance.
We have initially install once the plug in which has expired days ago and we need more time for evaluation. We have contacted the plugin vendor how can we install a new trial and ask us to uninstall and re install the trial.
By doing that we are not able to installing it.
The installation start and after a while it stop and send us an email notification like
"Hi!
Sorry to hear you're leaving! If there is something you didn't like about JEMHCloud"
Any idea why the re installation of the trial plug in failed ?
regards
Hey Serge,
As I indicated through support, you need to raise a ticket through https://support.atlassian.com , as your instance has a problem that only Atlassian support can help with, this is more a community forum.
FYI, we have also validated a new instance can install the app, then started an eval as expected. Something is up with your instance specifically, you need Atlassian support!
You're getting a 'goodbye' email because the app is receiving an uninstall webhook from the Jira instance which drives that flow. If that isn't _you_ then its Jira, and again, you need Atlassian support to resolve.
hell @Andy Brook , as it is a staging instance which use a free plan, I am not allowed to contact support, it direct me to community :-(
regards
