Cant upload image to jira ticket from computer at home

When I try to upload an image from a computer in my home the image upload is blocked for whatever reason.

with Jira showing a popup message saying:

"We couldn't save your commentIt might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor."

I dont understand what could possibly block image upload from home.

Couple of suggestions:

• Clear your browsers Cache
• Access the Service Desk from Google Chrome
• Reach out to your Jira Administrator to see if attachments uploads are disabled for your Jira Service Desk Portal
• Reach out to your Jira Administrator to make sure customers have the ability to upload attachments in the permission scheme of the Jira Service Desk Project.
