Changes in the Teams mechanism

Hi, 

Today we experienced the change in the Teams mechanism in Jira and Advanced Roadmap.

The change caused a mess in the EazyBI reports that are based on teams and now we see duplicate teams (one with the old ID and one with a new ID). 

What is the recommended way to fix this situation and merge the teams?

Any guidelines or suggestions on how to work with the new teams mechanism?

Hi,

Since eazyBI does not import the history for the Teams field, you might merge the teams of the same name or assign all issues to the relevant post-migration team and then clean up eazyBI dimensions by emptying the data cube and full re-import.
