Is it possible to collect customer satisfaction via E-mail with Jira Cloud? We are using JEMH and i want to increase our support quality. Are there any apps or settings i have to set?

According to JEMH Cloud documentation: https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JEMHC/pages/1087537205/Collect+customer+satisfaction+feedback. JEMHC does integrate with the JSM Customer Satisfaction system in addition to customising the notification.

Well.. Customer Satisfaction is build in Jira Service Management and it is working fine. But if you are using Jira Software then I am not aware if this could be possible to gather using JEMH but definitively there are some dedicated plugins like below one that you can use
