Como fazer para alterar o nome do site na url?

O nome de um projeto de onde trabalho está ocupando o nome do site na url. Alguém tem uma ideia de como faço a alteração? Já solicitei atendimento mas até agora nada.

Hi @Leda Figueiredo  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You cannot easily change your site name yourself yet; Atlassian is working on the feature.  Instead you migrate to a new instance, or have your site admin contact support to see if they can do the rename.

Updating URLs is now available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You’re unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free.
