Hi guys, I am new to Jira, so I apologize if I am asking dummy questions.

I have set up a project and in the project, I started a new Sprint. that had 4 issues, all of them marked as DONE. Now, when I try to complete the Sprint, the system is telling me that I have 0 completed issues and 4 open issues.

I have reviewed all the issues and potentials child issues and mark them all done. Still, I am not able to properly complete the SPRINT.

Hi @Daniel_Alin_Suciu -

Ensure if DONE is your final column. You need to drag all the issues in the final Done column so as to complete the sprint. But before that, yes check if all the subtasks are closed as well and resolution is done or closed (green status).

If issue still persists, please add a screenshot of the error as well as the jira board.

Thanks,

Simar

The DONE column is the last one (by mistake I had the backlog the last one before), but that did not solve the issue.

To be clear, I don't get an error message but in my opinion there should be no open issues anymore because all of them have been moved to DONE, and when checking them one by one they are indeed done.

What else I am doing wrong?
